Directory of Community Biodiversity Projects

All across Norfolk, there are groups of people who have come together to take action voluntarily for wildlife and local places. Some of these groups are tackling a particular one-off project such as restoring a pond, whilst others are involved in the long-term management of sites such as community woodlands, heaths or churchyards. Some groups are roving and work on a number of different sites, whilst others are focused on surveying and helping particular species, such as bats. Community Biodiversity Awards

NBP annually host the Community Biodiversity Awards.  The awards seek to recognise a person or group who is working to make a difference for wildlife, and inspiring others in their community to get involved. To find out more and make your nomination see Community Biodiversity Awards 2019
